Shipping
Orders ship within 2 business days by USPS Ground Advantage (Priority Mail for fragile glass). Tracking is emailed when your label is printed. We ship within the United States.
- Small items (under 1 lb): $5.95
- Medium items (1–5 lb): $11.95
- Large items (5–20 lb): $21.95
- Oversize items (20–50 lb): $39.95
- Free shipping on orders over $99 (small and medium items)
Glass and ceramics are double-boxed. Items over $100 are insured. Event tickets are delivered by mobile transfer, so there’s no shipping charge.
Local pickup
Choose “Local pickup” at checkout to skip shipping. Big, heavy or fragile items are pickup only. After you order, we’ll email the pickup address and set a time with you.
- Pickup windows: [RJ: set days and hours, e.g. Tue/Thu 4–7 pm, Sat 9–12]
- Items are held for 7 days. Unclaimed orders are refunded minus a 10% restocking fee.
- Pickup orders are paid online in advance.
