- Not as described? Return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, including shipping.
- Changed your mind? Returns are accepted within 14 days. You pay return postage and the item must come back in the same condition.
- Not returnable: items graded “For Parts / Repair” or “Untested / as-is”, and event tickets — unless the item arrives damaged in transit.
- Damaged in transit? Send photos within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll refund or replace it. We handle the carrier claim.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the return.
